ON the pitch Millwall have turned around their performances and after finishing 18th last season, their recent 1-0 away win at Norwich put them 5th in the Table.
A 12th minute goal from Man of the Match - ERNESTO FARIAS was enough to take the three points.
Millwall manager Statement:
"I can confirm that Millwall went into the red after our latest match at Norwich. I'm delighted at the team's performace and effort this season but concerned with our financial position. I'll now offload a player and bring in two players to keep us financially sound. I'd like to point out that FARIAS and HESKEY will not be sold. Hopefully this situation won't affect us on the pitch and we can continue our recent form".
