BRAZILIAN joins MILLWALL
Millwall have signed MENDES ELIAS from Sporting in a swap deal for Polanski.
The 28yr old 88rated DM, AM(C), M(RC) can give Millwall options in the middle of the pitch.
Millwall manager - Craig - has been watching ELIAS for a while and decided to move for him. ELIAS previously had spells with Preston and Sheffield Wednesday
Here's what Craig had to say about the deal and aims for season 9 at the Press Conference.
PRESS CONFERENCE
Craig: "Having looked at ELIAS for a number of weeks, I'm delighted to have signed him for MILLWALL. I need players who can play in a number of positions and ELIAS falls into that category. We wish Polanski well and thank him for his services to Millwall Football Club. We simply did the swap deal to freshen things up a bit so we can put in a serious challenge for promotion in season 9".
