New Signing at Galpharm Stadium
Huddersfield bring in new midfielder
Diego Castro signs on at the Tigers
Diego Castro in action for Gijon
Former Sporting Gijon winger Diego Castro has signed for Huddersfield in a bid to help strengthen up the wing area.Castro( who has just signed a real life deal with Getafe ) took the eye of Huddersfield boss Malone with some of his exciting displays for Gijon where he has arguably been the best player there for more than 2 seasons. We have scouted the 89 rated winger for some time.
The deal put forward by the Tigers for Castro was Miroslav Stoch and Jordan Cook +300k .
Huddersfield wish both players the best of luck in the future and thank Stoch for his performances in what was his second spell at the club.
Jordan Cook is first part of exchange deal
Miroslav Stoch is second part of exchange deal
Manager Dan Malone is said to be delighted with the capture of Castro stating he will add extra class to the team as Huddersfield try to gain as many points as needed for survival and to hopefully push for play-offs.

I think this will prove to be a great signing for us.I was sorry to lose Stoch for the second time but I feel it is the right time to move him on as he has stagnated a bit since his move from Chelsea.
