MILLWALL have sold AYDIN YILMAZ to GALATASARAY in a £7.2m deal



Aydin Yilmaz moved to Galatasaray

Yilmaz joined Millwall for around £2m and played well in his time at THE NEW DEN.
Millwall have sold a few players recently as they try to balance the books and regain their form.

MILLWALL MANAGER STATEMENT:
The Millwall manager said "I realised that players had to be sold in order to reshape the team with "younger" players. Last season when I  joined the club - at the tail end of the season - I signed experienced players in order to get a quick fix. This policy paid dividends when the club avoided relegation. This season however, I think it best to alter the squad so that we have a younger team which would be the backbone of the club for a few years".
