Norwich were promoted from D4 and Man City were relegated from D2. Norwich had a fine season in division 4 and could be a surprise team this season. A lot has happened to the away side since their new manager (Stephen Thompson) took control. Both teams however won their opening fixture of the season. Tough test for Norwich against this season's D3 favourites.
