Six in at Huddersfield

Huddersfield manager Dan Malone makes six new signings.

Here are the six new Huddersfield signings who hopefully will help us lift the title:

Sebastian Coates
I have always dreamed of playing in England and now it is my chance to show the people who believed in me what I can do.

Alexandr Hleb
Even when I was in Barcelona I dreamed of returning to England one day and once manager Dan Malone gave me the opportunity I grabbed it with both hands.

Felipe Melo
I came here to win trophies and to hopefully get another kick at that Wesley Sneijder who got me sent off in the world cup. Maybe next season we can get them in the cup or in a few seasons we can get them in the premier. I got him in the game and I kicked him in the tunnel after it If I get a chance to kick him again hopefully I will be wearing Doc Martins next time.

David Rozenhal
I am here to strengthen up the defense and I will take no nonsense on or off the field. I am a professional first and foremost.
   Clemens Fritz
The manager has shown faith in me and I will repay him in time.

Diego Costa
I want to win trophies in England and I was told I would get some silverware here.

Manager Dan Malone had this statement for the press:

I love this club and the fans love me they call me ''The Messiah of the Galpharm'' which I find quite amusing. We are on a 14 match unbeaten run which has took us 5 points clear at the top. Since I have came to the club I have chopped and changed the squad quite a lot but if you look at the squad now there is a much better quality to it and in saying that I mean no disrespect to the 2 previous managers Avram Grant and BaDa Boom.

In one last question from the Sky news reporter he asked:

Will there be anymore signings in the near future?
At the minute I am looking at one or two players and will make a bid for one of them soon then that will be us for a while.

  3. Yes, I'm hoping to finish in a Play-Off position.

That was my target after saving Millwall from relegation last season. (on last day of season)

We are on track but a long way to go
